Design and Coordination
Our full service package is an all inclusive package for your wedding weekend. Starting with coordinating the logistics of the rehearsal dinner straight on through your departure from Charleston. You will have a dedicated team to walk you through all the plans, details and logistics for your events. Our owner, Lisa Thomas, works directly with Full Service clients on their design concepts, while a Senior Coordinator will help them with the logistics, such as venue selection, print material design, room blocking and all vendor selections. Full Service clients begin with their coordinator the moment they sign, and we will orchestrate regular meetings to ensure that your event stays on track and your budget stays intact. On the Big Day, we’ll be on site with the full Ooh! Team installing and executing every detail to make it a day you’ll never forget.
Please note: There are specific properties that require this level of coordination and require our involvement in tastings, and food and beverage management. Our Design and Coordination brides will begin working with their planner one year prior to the date of their wedding. You and your coordinator will build your dream wedding from inspiration photos, inventory, and custom creations! In addition, you will receive logistical guidance including menu design, an aerial blueprint of your venue, timeline creation, and vendor selection to name a few services. In this package, you’ll work with the Ooh! team through your coordinator, and she will streamline your communication to make the planning as simple and easy as possible. The only hitch that will go off will be between the happy couple!

Our Wedding Concierge brides will receive a design proposal upon signing. This includes a full floral and rental outline as well as a one page design board with color schemes and design concepts. In addition, we will deliver a list of preferred vendors who offer Ooh! brides discounts, incentives and guidance! At the 60-day out point, your planner will be assigned and together you will work on a timeline that she will begin executing and laying in place with your vendors. This way, two months before your wedding, you are able to sit back, relax and let Ooh! do the work. Watch the details come together on the “Big Day” at the hands of our capable event team!
