In 2003 the self-taught artist decided to settle in Charleston, South Carolina and began focusing on her line of custom jewelry. Her marine oriented background and the south carolina coast inspires her to work with natural materials and gemstones, resulting in a refined, organic style. Each piece is original and handcrafted by Kate in her Charleston studio. Kate’s adventuresome personality is reflected in her work, making every piece a unique creation.

Charleston’s sartorial seductress strikes again; this time visiting the historic Old Village in Mount Pleasant. She visited both Out of Hand and Swoon, playing into the wonderful secret garden fantasy that surges out of the romantic swampy marshes nearby.
